Care of Eyes are caring of your future. Good and beautiful eyes make you more confident. Here are some tips for your bright visionEat a healthy diet, full of vitamins and minerals. Fruits are diet of eyes. Carrot, egg, orange and food contains vitamin A are must.Protect your eyes from UV rays. Use best sun glasses when you go out side in day time.Take regular break while working on computer, TV or watching mobile. It should be 45 second break after 45 minutes watch.
Blink your eyes while watching TV, computer and mobile. blinking moistened eyes. It gives relief for eyes. 
 Keep drinking  enough water. It's very important for eyes health.

Regular check up of eyes. 
In normal condition We should consult an opthalmologist once in a year.

 Keep your surrounding clean . Dust and allergens affect eyes so stay away from all these.

Smoking is linked with eye disease. Quit smoking if you smoke.
Use proper light while reading or working. Continuous working in low light affect eyes health.

Get enough sleep. 7-8 hours sleep keep your eyes healthy.
